Rules to Initiate swing trade in Nifty and other stocks based on the below discussed methods.
1. if the annual volatility of any script or index at any perticular point of the day is less than 20% then fibonacci principle will work better. if volatility more than 20% and less then 50 % gann method of analysis will give good result.
2. Buy at the recommended price & at the point of stop loss reverse the trade. Book profit at target1 or trail the stop loss.
3. Some time both the stop loss will trigger but do not worry. You stick to the recommended prices these are the days 70% chance you will get 3rd target.
4. If the long trade target is achieved then don ´t re-enter long trade again wait for the short entry price to come. Or initiate fresh trade in fresh counter.
